If your game gets stuck while loading, something may be preventing the game from running correctly. Let's get things moving again.
- Restart your PC. Restarting closes temporary processes, frees up memory, and gives your game a clean slate before launching again.
- Perform a clean boot. Clearing up background processes can ensure other programs aren't fighting for the spotlight against your game, and a clean boot helps you clear those potential troubles.
- Configure your firewall. Your firewall may be blocking the Riot Client from communicating with our servers. Follow our guide to configure your firewall.
