If your problem sounds like this:
- I wrote in a ticket but can't find it anymore.
- My ticket isn't showing under My Tickets.
- My previous support tickets are missing.
Resolution
Can't find one of your previous support tickets? Don't worry just yet! There are a few common reasons why a ticket may not appear in your ticket history. Here's how you can track them down:
- Check your email inbox. If you recently submitted a ticket, look for an email from Riot Player Support sent to the email address associated with your Riot Account. Even if the ticket no longer appears under My Tickets, you can continue the conversation by replying directly to that email.
- Make sure you're checking the correct support site. If you submitted your ticket under a different Riot game or product (for example, using the Wild Rift support site while looking under League of Legends), it may only appear on that product's support page. You can also search your email inbox for the original ticket.
- Submitted a player report? Tickets sent to report another player may automatically close shortly after they're created. This is intended but we'll definitely review your report.
- Trying to find a very old ticket? Older support tickets may have been archived or permanently deleted. Once this happens, they can no longer be accessed by either players or Player Support.
Still having issues?
If you've followed the checklist above and still can't locate your ticket, submit us a new one! Include as much information as you can about the missing ticket, such as the email address you used, the game or product it was submitted under, approximately when it was created, and Player Support will try to locate it for you.
