As TFT moves into the world of Unreal, you may notice that some cosmetics are not immediately available for you to use. While the team is doing their best to port over the hundreds of Tacticians, Arenas, Booms, and more, let's talk about what that means for your content.
What's going to happen to my collection?
Your inventory is not changing - everything in your inventory is still part of your account.
However, not all content is quite ready to join you in the Enchanted Wilds. Cosmetics that still need fine tuning will be temporarily unavailable while we make sure they keep their luster in Unreal.
What content is currently unaffected?
You can see what content is still being worked on in your Loadout screen. If it has a WIP Badge, that means it needs a bit more polish and may not perform as well as expected (for now). If it has a Disabled Badge, then it's not really ready for the Convergence yet, and cannot currently be equipped.

Affected content has also been disabled in the Store, so you can be sure that any new purchases will work right away.
Note: Despite the transition, you can still enjoy the entirety of your content during the Set 17 extended time in the Hextech Client in PC (more on that below).
When's my content going to be ready?
There's not an exact roadmap for when each cosmetic will be available again, but as cosmetics get implemented in TFT in Unreal, we’ll make sure to let you know in Patch Notes.
Our highest priority at the moment is to complete Mythic and Prestige content migration as soon as possible.
That's good and all but, what happens while I wait for my content?
We hear you. You’ve worked hard to build your collection, and losing access to any part of it—even temporarily—is frustrating. While we work on migrating the remaining cosmetics over to the new engine, we want to make sure your loadout never feels empty. In Enchanted Wilds, we’re temporarily unlocking a broad selection of fully-migrated cosmetics to use freely until the migrate the remaining cosmetics.
We’ll regularly update Mythic-tier items you can use, so check back in to see what’s new each patch! This temporary content will be removed once we have migrated more of our catalog to Unreal.

If you prefer to keep playing with your selection of cosmetics instead, we're extending Space Gods on the League PC client (still on Hextech Engine) until October 9th to allow you to keep using your entire collection of cosmetics for a little longer. Both Sets will be available simultaneously, so you're always free to make the leap to Enchanted Wilds (Set 18) to see what Unreal has to offer, just remember that your collection will be temporarily restricted if you do.
Since this overlap between sets relies on the Hextech Engine (which is PC-only), mobile TFT doesn't include the Space Gods extension. If you prefer to play on your mobile device, you'll move on to Enchanted Wilds as soon as it launches.

I appreciate the offer, but if I can't use my content, I'd like a refund.
We totally get it. Take a look at TFT's Refund Policy to see your options.
Just remember that temporarily locked content still belongs to your account right up to the moment that you get a refund. Once you get a refund, it's removed from your account, and the only way to get it back is to purchase it again.
