Windows' Test Signing Mode and Driver Signature Enforcement settings help prove your PC can be trusted. If either has been changed, Vanguard may refuse to run. Follow the steps below to restore both settings to their more secure default state.

  1. Press the Windows key 🪟
  2. Type cmd
  3. Select Run as administrator

  4. Enter the following command and press Enter:

    bcdedit /set TESTSIGNING off

  5. Enter the following command and press Enter:

    bcdedit /set nointegritychecks OFF
  6. Restart your computer

Once you've completed all the steps, launch the Riot Client and try starting your game again. If your system was using either of these settings, Vanguard should now be able to verify your PC successfully.
