If you're getting an error stating "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.", find your LeagueClient.exe file, select Properties, and make sure the "Run as administrator" box is not selected. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling League of Legends.
