Only broadcasts and VODs count toward mission progress. Rebroadcasts don't count!
Watch League and earn in-game loot! You'll earn progress toward in-client missions for logging in and viewing matches through Esports Watch or the League Friends app.
Signing up for missions
Head to watch.lolesports.com/rewards or the League Friends app and log in with your League account. Then watch games! Make sure you're logged in while you're watching, or we won't be able to track your progress. You should see "Watch rewards are correctly set up for your account" when you watch a live game or VoD.
Fans playing on the Brazil, Turkey, Latin America, Oceania, and Japan servers will be able to purchase a Fan Pass starting May 31. Fan Pass grants additional esports watch and play missions, and more esports-themed rewards. 50% of revenue earned through Fan Pass will go to teams in your home league. Fan Pass is non-refundable.
Fans playing on the North America and Europe servers will be able to purchase Team Fan Passes starting May 31. Players can purchase one per league (one LCS and one LEC), which each allow you to align with one team of your choosing. Choosing a team will grant more watch and play missions for that team, and grant team-specific rewards. 50% of revenue earned through passes will go to teams. Team Pass is non-refundable.
To track your mission progress, we gather and store some information about you. If you prefer to keep that information private, you can click the "opt out" button on the top right of the page. While you're opted out, we can't track your mission progress.
You'll see Watch missions in the in-client Missions tracker. If there are multiple missions for the platform, you'll need to complete the first for the next one to appear.
Watching on other platforms
Tune in on the LoL Esports website or the League Friends app! We won't be able to track your missions when you watch elsewhere.
If you're not making progress, walk through this checklist:
- Check that you're logged in
- Make sure you're watching a live game or VoD
- Double-check that you've set up rewards for your account
- Watch a stream for at least 15 minutes before navigating away
- Try disabling your ad-blocker and watching for 15 minutes
