Why am I banned?

Disciplinary Bans are associated with actions that do not uphold the Summoner’s Code. These bans may be caused by, but are not limited to, the Instant Feedback System, inappropriate names, chat room spam, and MMR Boosting.

Can my suspension be removed?

Suspensions due to the Instant Feedback System will not be lifted or shortened under any circumstance.

Disciplinary suspensions unrelated to the Instant Feedback System, such as an inappropriate summoner name, will vary depending on the specific situation. In these cases, please submit a ticket to Player Support, and we will be happy to provide you with more information about your suspension and how to proceed.


Why are you so harsh?

The Instant Feedback System was developed by Riot Games so that players in the League of Legends community can dictate what conduct they consider inappropriate for a positive gameplay environment. Regardless of the circumstances (such as provocation), behaviors such as in-game taunting, harassment, cursing, offensive remarks, intentionally feeding, intentionally not making a contribution to your team, etc., will be reported and likely punished by the Instant Feedback System.

Leaver Buster is a system we have implemented in order to discourage Summoners from repeatedly leaving matches and/or idling during gameplay. Summoners who exhibit this behavior will be placed in a low priority queue. Please keep in mind that every time you leave, you are causing a negative experience for the other players in the game.


What can I do to prevent these suspensions?

Remember that you are fully responsible for all activity made on your account, and if suspensions or bans are incurred we will not be able to modify them. Why am I banned?

We have received financial disputes against your account that has forced us to suspend your account. These disputes can range from chargebacks to unauthorized charges.

Can my suspension be removed?

Suspensions regarding financial disputes will vary by case, as our policies will differ depending on each individual situation. If you believe you may have been banned due to financial disputes, please contact Player Support here, and our Billing Specialists will be happy to provide you with further information specific to your account.


What can I do to prevent these suspensions?

To protect your account from suspensions due to financial disputes, please ensure that you have the appropriate amount of credits or funds before making a monetary purchase in our store. Additionally, avoid purchasing RP from third party vendors, making purchases without authorization from the cardholder, and continuously attempting to make a purchase after being declined. Above all else, keep your account safe, and do not share your password with anyone.

Why am I banned?

We have detected some suspicious activity that was occurring on your account. As a result, we have banned your account to restrict further access to your account as we investigate the situation. Please note that we do take security extremely seriously, and we want to proactively limit the damage and amount of players that may be affected as a result. The reasons for this can range anywhere from a potentially compromised account to suspected account selling.


Can my suspension be removed?

Proactive suspensions due to suspicious activity will vary by case. If you believe your suspension falls under the security category, please submit a ticket to Player Support here, and we will be happy to further assist you with this.


What can I do to prevent these suspensions?

Please keep your account as safe as possible. Do not share your password to anyone, including Rioters; we will never ask you for your password. Please keep in mind that we are only able to assist the original account owner of any given account. Do not sell, purchase, share, trade, or gift your account in any way, as this breach of our Terms of Use will disallow us to further assist you.

Additionally, avoid clicking on any potential phishing links or websites that advertise free skins, RP, and accounts. If you believe that you have clicked a link to a phishing link, perform a full virus scan on your system and change your password immediately.
