As we work to ensure that each username (that's the name you sign into the client with, not your Summoner Name) is unique across the globe, there's a chance that, in a rush to get the name you want, there may have been a misspelling mishap. If you've already made your name globally unique, it will say you're all set while still giving you the option to make changes to your name.
