Resolution
VAN 216 can appear when too many launch attempts are made within a short period.
Give it a little time before jumping back in. Wait at least 30 minutes without pressing Play, then try launching VALORANT again. Pressing Play before the 30 minutes are up will restart the timer, so make sure you wait the full 30 minutes before trying again.
