Sometimes your connection just needs a fresh start. Resetting or refreshing your TCP/IP settings can help clear out network configuration issues that may be getting between you and the game.
- Open the Start menu and type Command Prompt.
- Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
Enter the following command, then press Enter:
netsh int ip resetEnter the following command, then press Enter:
netsh winsock reset- Restart your PC.
- Once Windows starts again, reconnect to the internet and test the game.
On macOS, you can refresh your current network configuration by renewing the DHCP lease.
- Go to Apple menu > System Settings > Network.
- Select your active network connection, such as Wi-Fi or Ethernet, then click Details.
- Select TCP/IP.
- Click Renew DHCP Lease.
- Click OK.
- Reconnect to your network, then launch the game and test again.
