- I can't a buy Mystery Icon or Mystery Ward in the Essence Emporium because of an error, even though I didn't unlock all icons or wards yet.
- I am comparing my missing items to the Hextech loot pool so I know I haven't unlocked everything yet.
This error appears when you've already obtained all available rewards from the Essence Emporium Mystery Icon or Mystery Ward pool.
Even if you still have icons or wards missing on your account, those items may belong to a different reward pool and may not be available through the Essence Emporium.
The Hextech Crafting loot pools are separate from the Essence Emporium Mystery pools. Because of this, comparing your collection against the Hextech loot pool may still show missing items, even if you've already unlocked everything currently available from the Essence Emporium Mystery purchases.
